We strictly adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK, and maintain the highest standards of security, however, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. So, whilst we will do our best to protect your Information, we cannot ensure the security of data transmitted to our website. Any information you submit is sent at your own risk. Once we have received your information we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access. This statement outlines what personal information we collect and how we may use it.
What data do we collect?
When you sign up to our mailing list on the Café Rouge website, download a voucher from our offers page (http://www.caferouge.com/offers) or one of our voucher partner websites or make a general enquiry we may ask you for certain information including name and email address.
If you correspond with us by email we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type and the geographical location of your computer. This is statistical data about browsing actions and patterns and does not identify you as an individual.
Third party services
If you book a table online, via the Café Rouge website, any personal data provided as part of the booking process will be stored by Livebookings and sent, via email, to the restaurant that you are booking. As part of the booking process you will be asked if you’d like to receive offers from Café Rouge. If you agree to this the personal data that you have provided, including name and email address, will be passed to Café Rouge.

During your visits to the Café Rouge website you may notice some cookies that are not related to Café Rouge. How do we use the data we collect?
With your consent we will use your information to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you via email or SMS.
A member of our customer services team may contact you regarding feedback that you have provided via the Café Rouge website
Cookie data is used for statistical purposes to improve the Café Rouge website and to ensure that we deliver the most relevant content to you.
Your personal Information may be disclosed to other brands within the Casual Dining Group, however, we will not do this without consent from you. Note: Casual Dining Group is the operator of Café Rouge and includes other brands such as Bella Italia and Belgos.
We never share your data with any third parties (other than those described above and this is only shared for processing and analysis purposes) and you can unsubscribe from our database at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any email communications or contacting us via the Café Rouge website.
Given that the Internet is a global environment, using it to collect and process personal data may involve the transmission of data on an international basis. This means for instance that data you pass to us may be processed outside the European Economic Area, although the data will always be held securely and in line with the requirements of UK data protection legislation. By communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data in this way.
If we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal Information we are entitled do so.

CHRISTMAS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £5pp is required within 7 days – redeemable against your final bill. You will receive a link from Easy Pre-Orders to pay your deposit. Food pre-orders will be required at least 7 days prior to your dining date.
A deposit of £5pp is required to confirm a booking.
Provisional bookings made online are secure for 7 days only – a deposit must be paid via Easy Pre-orders or by visiting the restaurant to confirm the booking. No booking is confirmed until deposit has been paid in full for the whole party.
All deposits are non-refundable, but redeemable against the final bill.
Any increase in numbers will be acceptable subject to availability and deposit payment.
We do not accept payment post event.
No amends to bookings are accepted within 48 hours unless approved by the restaurant manager.
Pre-orders are required a minimum of 7 days prior to the booking date. If we do not receive the pre-order on time, the restaurant might not be able to accommodate your request. If you wish to book for a date fewer than 7 days in advance, please contact the restaurant directly.
Tables can only be held for 15 minutes if you are running late, please contact the restaurant to inform them.
